Return Policy

Order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt of the order. All products retuned must be sent in resalable and un-opened condition. If product is received damaged in the original shipment, do not discard the product unless instructed. All discrepancies are subject to verification.

Product returns are accepted for products that are sent back at the customer’s expense. Our return policy requires that the customer notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Products returned within 2 weeks of purchase date are credited 100% upon request. After 2 weeks, products will be credited 50%. Return package must include all pertinent account information, reason for return, and be marked on the outside.

Customer Returns: Any returns must be returned in person or mailed via USA certified mail, UPS or FedEx with signature proof required. 
Note: all returns with replacement product are subject to a 25% restocking charge and the cost of shipping.
